• Upload spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Try to access areas or data you are not allowed to access.

All text, images, logos, and downloads on this site are owned by Jonathan Hair / JH Books or used with permission. Do not copy, distribute, adapt, or sell our content without written consent, except for fair dealing under Australian law.
7) User submissions (comments, emails, uploads)
If you send or upload content, you confirm you own it and that it does not infringe others’ rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the site and promote our books. We may remove content at our discretion.
8) Links
We link to third-party sites we do not control. Use them at your own risk.
9) Sales & preorders (if offered)
Prices are in AUD unless stated. Third-party stores will have their own terms. For direct sales, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
10) Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11) Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our liability to re-supplying the services or the cost of doing so.

Change of mind (physical items):
Return unopened, resaleable items within 30 days. You pay return postage. Refunds go to the original payment method (product price only).
Faulty/damaged/incorrect:
Email admin@jhbooks.com.au within 14 days with your order number, issue, and photos. We’ll replace or refund (including reasonable return shipping).
Signed/personalised/limited editions:
No change-of-mind returns. Covered if faulty (see above).
Digital (ebooks/audiobooks):
Non-refundable once access is delivered, unless required by law or we can’t resolve access issues. Third-party store purchases follow their policies.
Events:
Non-refundable for change of mind unless stated. If we cancel/postpone, choose refund, transfer, or credit. Name transfers on request.
Preorders:
Cancelable for full refund before dispatch/access. After that, standard rules apply.
How to return:
Email admin@jhbooks.com.au for instructions. Pack securely and keep tracking. Processing: 5–7 business days after receipt.
Non-returnable:
Gift cards, downloaded digital content, opened/used non-faulty items, personalised goods (except if faulty).
